Day of Coordinator

Welcome I am here to help take some of the stress off your special day. I have a couple of different options that I offer. If you would like, please take a look and then let me know how I can help. What I have listed will be what I offer for both the only difference is setup and teardown. My goal is to make sure everything goes as smoothly and possible and if anything comes up I will deal with it to the best of my ability.

Services provided as a Day of Coordinator are as follows:

Things I do

-Services start as soon as we sign a contract.

-I will meet with client to sign contract and to go over what the vision is for their special day and to make sure expectations of what I do are understood to put your mind at ease.

-Client may contact me as many times as they need to within reason until the day of the wedding.

-Client will book all vendors and then pass the information to me to make sure vendors do their jobs on the day of the wedding.

-Client will get help from me putting together a timeline for their day.

-Client will need a person to take decorations home.

-I will put decorations up and take them down that the client provides. (This is only for the large package that includes setup and teardown).

-I will go through with client on what and how they want things placed as far as decorations.

-I will be at rehearsal to help client make sure things go smoothly before during and after the wedding.

Services not provided as a Day of Coordinator are as follows:

Things I don't do

-I do not drop off rental items

-I don't hold money for other vendors, payments are between vendor and client.

-I am not responsible for anyone who damages the property or venues property.

-If you choose the smaller package I don't do set up or tear down

-I don't do rafter decorations, those would have to be done by the venue 

Cost of Day of Coordinator is as follows:

Setup and tear down package:  $1500.00 This is from the date signed to the day of wedding until end of night which is to be determined by timeline.

NO setup or tear down package:  $900.00 This starts from the date signed until the day of the wedding and ends after the reception

                      Any other things can be added or subtracted if needed, will determine before signing contract as long as both parties agree.
